Aspire Talent Solutions is recruiting a full-time Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive primary care in the Greater Sacramento area. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with options for 4x10 shifts and provides relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Active California RN and NP license required.
• Current NP board certification required.
• Current DEA certification required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience, preferably in community health or underserved populations.
• Strong commitment to serving low-income, homeless, or medically underserved communities.
• Comfortable treating three patients per hour.
• EPIC experience.
• In-basket management competency.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or other languages strongly preferred.

Nurse Practitioner

Compensation: $131,000 – $170,000 annually (based on experience)
Relocation assistance available
Job Type: Full-time, Mondays to Fridays 8-5 PM or 4 day (10 hour shift available).

Location: Greater Sacramento area, CA (Multiple locations available)

We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide comprehensive primary care services within a community health center setting. This role offers the opportunity to serve diverse and underserved populations while working collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history and physical examinations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostics
• Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions within scope of practice
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the Medical Director
• Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as appropriate
• Initiate emergency procedures when clinically indicated
• Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling services
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

Qualifications

• Active California RN and Nurse Practitioner license
• Current Nurse Practitioner board certification
• Current DEA certification
• Current BLS certification
• 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred, particularly in community health or underserved populations
• Strong commitment to serving low-income, homeless, or medically underserved communities
