Markent Personnel in the Greater Sacramento area, CA, seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Advanced Practice Clinician to deliver comprehensive primary care in a community health setting. This role emphasizes serving diverse, underserved populations while collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

The position offers $131,000 to $170,000 annually, relocation assistance, and options for a Monday–Friday 8:00–17:00 schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour shift, to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active California RN and NP license is required.
• Current NP board certification.
• Current DEA certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1–2 years clinical experience in community health or underserved populations.
• Comfortable treating three patients per hour.
• EPIC experience.
• In-basket management competency.
• Bilingual English and Russian, Farsi, Pashto/Pushto, or Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations with history and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostics.
• Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions within scope of practice.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the Medical Director.
• Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as appropriate.
• Initiate emergency procedures when clinically indicated.
• Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

Job Type: Full-time, Mondays to Fridays 8-5 PM or 4 day (10 hour shift available).

Location: Greater Sacramento area, CA (Multiple locations available)

We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide comprehensive primary care services within a community health center setting.
