Job summary

Markent Personnel seeks a full-time Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care in the Greater Sacramento area. Compensation ranges from $131,000 to $170,000 annually based on experience, with a 8-5 PM or 10-hour 4-day option.

Responsibilities include evaluation, diagnosis, order tests, prescribe and manage treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred to serve diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Active California Physician Assistant license.
• NCCPA board certification.
• Current DEA certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to serving underserved communities.

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostics.
• Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions within scope of practice.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the Medical Director.
• Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as appropriate.
• Initiate emergency procedures when clinically indicated.
• Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

Compensation: $131,000 – $170,000 annually (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time, Mondays to Fridays 8-5 PM or 4 day (10 hour shift available).

Location: Greater Sacramento area, CA (Multiple locations available)

We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide comprehensive primary care services within a community health center setting. This role offers the opportunity to serve diverse and underserved populations while working collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history and physical examinations
