Job summary

Premise Health Inc. seeks a full-time Physician Assistant to provide care in our Princeton Health Center, Princeton, IN. Hours are Tuesday–Friday, 6:00 PM–2:30 AM, supporting employees with quality preventive and urgent care.

You will conduct exams, manage treatments, order tests, and collaborate with physicians in a clinic environment that emphasizes work-life balance and patient-first care.

Qualifications

• Current NCCPA national certification is required.
• Degree from an ARC-PA accredited program.
• Federal DEA license is required; state license as applicable.
• State Narcotic/Controlled Substance license.
• Basic Life Support certification required; ACLS may be required based on contract scope.
• Board of Pharmacy Prescribing license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines.
• Perform procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management.
• Develop patient care plans and maintain records for continuity of care.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and health maintenance.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to assess conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
• Prescribe or recommend treatments and referrals as needed.
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation.

As a Full Time Physician Assistant, you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Princeton, IN. The scheduled hours are Tuesday-Friday, 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM. Whether you're an experienced provider or a new graduate eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to build your skills in an established clinic environment with a supportive team!

What You’ll Do

• Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines and approved agreements.
• Performs procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management.
• Develops patient care plans, records progress, and ensures continuity of care.
• Educates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, growth and development.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
• Prescribes or recommends treatments, including medications and therapies.
• Refers patients to specialists or physicians as needed.
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and records.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• Maintains state licenses/certifications to practice.
• Maintains Board of Pharmacy Prescribing License (if applicable).
• Current NCCPA national certification required.
• Degree from ARC-PA accredited program.
• Federal DEA license (matching each state of practice as applicable).
• State Narcotic/Controlled Substance license
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services.
