Premise Health is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant for ourHealth Center in Princeton, IN. The position runs Tuesday through Friday from 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM, offering an opportunity to grow in a supportive clinic environment.

As a Full Time Physician Assistant, you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Princeton, IN. The scheduled hours are Tuesday-Friday, 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM. Whether you're an experienced provider or a new graduate eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to build your skills in an established clinic environment with a supportive team!

What You'll Do

• Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines and approved agreements.
• Performs procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management.
• Develops patient care plans, records progress, and ensures continuity of care.
• Educates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, growth and development.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
• Prescribes or recommends treatments, including medications and therapies.
• Refers patients to specialists or physicians as needed.
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and records.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• Maintains state licenses/certifications to practice.
• Maintains Board of Pharmacy Prescribing License (if applicable).
• Current NCCPA national certification required.
• Degree from ARC-PA accredited program.
• Federal DEA license (matching each state of practice as applicable).
• State Narcotic/Controlled Substance license
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services.
