Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care in Northern Virginia is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our expanding urgent care team. This is a full-time opportunity at our Ballston center, offering a salary-style compensation with the potential for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Maintain credentialing and compliance with practice protocols.

Physician Assistant Full Time – Urgent Care

Ballston center

Compensation Range:
This position is paid on a salaried basis; however, the equivalent hourly rate ranges from $69.00 to $77.00 per hour, depending on experience, location, and FTE status. Total compensation may also include bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistants to join our expanding team. We currently have a Full-time opportunity available at are Northern Virginia locations. At this time we do not have any PRN openings.

Full Time Schedule Overview

• Total Shifts: 3- 12 hour shifts and every other weekend
• Shift Length: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (12 hours each)

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

• NP: Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master’s certificate program
• PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of full‑time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine

Licensure & Certification:

• BLS & ACLS Certification
• Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia
• DEA License
• Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol

Credentialing Requirements:

• Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid)
• Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges
