Job summary

Sentara Healthcare Inc in Virginia Beach is seeking an experienced Physician and APP Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment of physicians and advanced practice providers across Sentara Health. You will partner with leaders to forecast workforce needs and develop innovative sourcing strategies for high-volume, hard-to-fill specialties such as Anesthesiology and Family Medicine.

The role oversees requisition intake through sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding, builds relationships

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years in recruitment or related field.
• Experience in full-cycle physician/APP recruitment preferred.
• Experience with high-volume, difficult-to-fill roles.
• Strong relationships with hiring leaders and external partners; excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for physicians and APPs across Sentara Health.
• Develop pipelines with residency programs and professional organizations.
• Collaborate with credentialing, compensation, immigration, and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
