Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Four+ years of recruitment/healthcare recruitment experience or related field.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Recruit physicians and APPs across Sentara Health from requisition to onboarding.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines and relationships with residency programs and professional orgs.
• Collaborate with physician leadership, credentialing, compensation, immigration and onboarding teams to ensure candidate experience.
