Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as stated, or an Associate's with four years' recruiting experience.
• Ability to multi task in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication, plus networking skills.
• Knowledge of medical and surgical clinical specialty areas.
• Proficient with computer tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Lead provider recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates.
• Coordinate candidate travel, site visits, and background checks as needed.
• Maintain detailed recruitment data, reports, and system entries.
• Collaborate with internal leaders to fill current and future provider opportunities.
• Develop relationships with program coordinators across the US.
