Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. is seeking a Physician & APP Recruitment Coordinator to support faculty, physicians, and advanced practice clinicians.

You will coordinate recruitment logistics, liaise with departments, OFALD, vendors, and candidates, and manage recruitment financials to ensure accuracy and efficiency. You will build strong relationships with MCW groups and external partners, track expenses, and help with onboarding and relocation when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Coordination, administrative experience; HR or faculty affairs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and coordinate interview itineraries for physician candidates and partners.
• Arrange travel, lodging, meals, transportation, tours, and housing options as needed.
• Monitor interview expenses and invoice departments; support candidate reimbursements.
• Process p-card expenses, purchase orders, and special purchase orders; manage chargebacks.
• Generate expense reports in Oracle and reconcile p-card purchases.
• Support onboarding and relocation services for new hires; improve recruitment processes.
