Job summary

Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a Physician & APP Recruitment Coordinator to coordinate recruitment logistics for faculty and APP clinicians. You will create interview itineraries, arrange travel and lodging, and maintain a welcoming candidate experience while collaborating with OFALD and MCW departments.

The role requires 1 year of coordination experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage expenses, vendor relations, and onboarding support for new hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of coordination/administrative experience; HR or faculty affairs preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and coordinate interview itineraries for physician candidates and APPs, including travel, lodging, meals and tours.
• Monitor and document interview-related expenses; invoice departments accordingly.
• Manage p-card expense reports, POs, SPOs, and chargebacks; ensure accurate ledger entries.
