Position Overview: CompHealth is assisting an Arizona hospital-based single-specialty group in their search for an anesthesiologist. The demand from the community is high, and the schedule offers flexibility with both part-time and full-time options. The call rotation is approximately 1:8 for major calls, with the day after call off (about 26/year), plus backup calls. You will work in a large group with other anesthesiologists. Candidates must be board certified or eligible and need an AZ license, which CompHealth can assist in obtaining. Residents and fellows are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits: This partnership-track position offers an average full-time salary of $553k, ranging from $500k to $625k depending on call volume and types. Benefits include malpractice insurance, medical, dental, life, disability, and long-term care insurances, eight weeks of vacation in the first year, ten weeks thereafter, and an excellent retirement package. There is a fast track to partnership, with 12 months to financial equality and 18 months to full stockholder status.
