Job summary

Tenet Healthcare in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is seeking a board-certified Physician Advisor to join our leadership team. This is an ON-SITE, full-time position focused on utilization management and documentation integrity to improve patient care and hospital performance.

You will review cases, educate physicians, lead huddles and committees, and collaborate with CDI/HIM to reduce denials and length of stay. A strong clinical leader with 5+ years in hospital settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician leader with hospital/health system experience.
• MD or DO with Florida license or eligibility.
• Strong data-driven mindset with measurable impact on outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Review cases for appropriate Level of Care and monitor observation stays.
• Educate physicians and committees on utilization and documentation best practices.
• Lead daily huddles, complex case conferences, and peer education.
• Chair the Utilization Management Committee quarterly.
• Partner with CDI/HIM teams to improve documentation quality.
