Job summary
Chartis seeks a Physician Advisor, Associate Partner to lead clinical transformation initiatives within our Digital & Technology Transformation LOB. You will bring an MD with extensive provider leadership experience to advise hospital systems on EHR optimization, AI-enabled workflows, and physician engagement.
As a member of the leadership team, you will guide multi-engagement delivery, develop client solutions, and mentor clinicians and informatics professionals while delivering measurable
Qualifications
- MD or DO required with 5+ years in provider leadership/operational management.
- At least 10 years working with healthcare providers, including 2+ years in management.
- Formal training or certification in informatics is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of client engagements within Chartis’ Digital & Technology Transformation LOB.
- Advise on technology-enabled clinical transformation including EHR and digital health planning, AI, and workflow redesign.
- Serve as a senior clinical advisor on complex transformation engagements with a physician perspective.
