Job summary

Chartis seeks a Physician Advisor, Associate Partner to lead clinical transformation for healthcare clients. You will guide senior executives, physician leaders, and teams on workflow redesign, EHR optimization, and AI-enabled solutions, bridging clinical and technical perspectives.

You will mentor client clinical and informatics leaders, manage engagements, and help develop cutting-edge consulting solutions that enhance care delivery and performance.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required with 5+ years in provider leadership and operational management.
• Advanced degree (MBA/MHI/MHA/MPH) preferred with informatics emphasis.
• Formal training or certification in clinical informatics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical transformation engagements and guide teams to deliver outcomes.
• Advise on clinical informatics strategy, EHR optimization, and AI adoption.
• Coach physicians and informatics leaders, drive adoption and value realization.
