Job summary
Chartis seeks a Physician Advisor, Associate Partner to lead clinical transformation projects within its Digital & Technology Transformation Line of Business. You will pair physician insight with technology strategy to improve care delivery, workflow efficiency, and clinician experience, applying EHR optimization and AI-enabled solutions across healthcare clients.

Qualifications
- MD or DO with 5+ years in provider leadership roles.
- 10+ years’ experience with healthcare providers.
- 2+ years in management of others.
- Advanced degree or informatics certification preferred.
- Experience with clinical informatics and EHR initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of client engagements in the DTT LOB and supervise the engagement team.
- Advise on technology-enabled clinical transformation and EHR optimization.
- Serve as senior clinical advisor on complex transformation engagements.
- Assess and design clinical informatics programs and governance models.
- Guide organizational readiness and clinician engagement for adoption.
- Help clients measure value from EHR and AI investments.
- Develop consulting solutions to advance clinical and physician strategies.
- Create high-quality client deliverables and communicate findings.
