Arizona State University (ASU) seeks a Healthcare Specialist 4 to provide professional medical services to students, faculty, and staff. This role includes diagnosis and treatment in an ambulatory care facility, offering consultation and supervision of other healthcare professionals, and teaching students.
The successful candidate will be involved in health promotion, preventive health care, and possibly specialty services.

Bachelor's degree and seven (7) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
RATE OF PAY: $160,000.00 to $191,500.00 per year
A Physician employed by ASU Health Services (ASUHS) is responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of university students, faculty and staff in an ambulatory care facility. Specific responsibilities include the practice of medicine in an outpatient setting, providing consultation/supervision of other healthcare professionals, teaching of undergraduate and graduate students and post-graduate resident physicians, and involvement with educational activities within the university. The position requires involvement with health promotion, wellness concepts and preventive health care. Special responsibilities might include provision of medical care to the disabled, providing and/or supervising women's health care or providing other specialty services.

Educational Outreach and Student Services (EOSS) is committed to enrolling all qualified students at Arizona State University and assisting them in their academic success. EOSS provides a broad range of services and support to students and prospective students ranging from outreach efforts with K-12 schools, orientation programs for new freshman, bridge programs to assist the transition to a university environment, and a wide variety of services, programs and activities for enrolled students. EOSS has direct responsibility for multiple departments across four campuses, some of which include the Dean of Students, University Housing, Health Services, Counseling Services, Disability Resources, the Memorial Union, TRIO programs, Sun Devil Fitness, Student Government, Student Media, Career Services, Access ASU and others.
