Job summary

ReNew Wound Care is seeking a licensed physician to lead wound care in post-acute settings. You will perform comprehensive wound assessments, develop advanced treatment plans, and collaborate with on-site teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

You will travel regularly to skilled nursing facilities and post-acute centers, applying debridement, skin grafting, and infection control techniques while maintaining top-of-license practice. A strong field-based care mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed physician in good standing (state-specific).
• Board certification required.
• 1+ years’ advanced wound care experience preferred.
• CWSP/CWS/WCC/WOCN/CWOCN certifications are a plus.
• Reliable transportation and passion for field-based care.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive wound care assessments for acute and chronic wounds.
• Develop and implement advanced, individualized treatment plans.
• Perform debridement and infection control using advanced techniques.
• Collaborate with nursing and rehab teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Travel to multiple facilities on a regular schedule to deliver care.

• Wound Care Leadership
• Perform comprehensive assessments of acute and chronic wounds.

• Ensuretimely, efficient delivery of wound care in every location you serve.

WhatWe’reLooking For

• Licensed Physician in good standing (state-specific).
• Board Certified (Required).
• 1+ years’ experience in advanced wound care highly preferred.
• Certification in wound care (CWSP, CWS, WCC, WOCN, CWOCN) is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation and a passion for field-based care.
