Job summary

ReNew Wound Care is seeking Nurse Practitioners to lead advanced wound care and patient assessments across post-acute settings. You will develop individualized treatment plans and apply techniques such as debridement and dressing selection, coordinating with facility teams.

Travel to multiple facilities weekly is required. Ancc/AANP board certification and CWOCN/CWS/WCC/WOCN credentials are valued alongside 1+ years of wound care experience. Competitive base and RVU bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• ANCC or AANP board certification required.
• 1+ years of experience in advanced wound care preferred.
• CWOCN, CWS, WCC, or WOCN certification is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel across facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform Advanced Wound Care & patient assessments.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Apply debridement, dressing selection, skin grafts, and infection control techniques.
• Collaborate with facility health care teams to coordinate care plans.
• Lead clinical coordination across multiple facilities.
• Plan and manage travel schedule to sites weekly.

• Advanced Wound Care & Patient Assessment
• Conduct thorough assessments of chronic and acute wounds.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Apply advanced techniques such as debridement, dressingselection, skin grafts, and infection control.
• Collaborative Clinical Leadership
• Partner with facility healthcare teams to coordinate care plans and treatment updates.
• Ensure continuity of care through consistent communication and collaboration.
• Multi-Facility Travel & Scheduling
• Manage a travel schedule visiting multiple facilities weekly.
• Ensuretimelyand efficient care delivery with professionalism and compassion.

WhatWe’reLooking For

• ANCC or AANP Board Certification
• 1+ years of experience in advanced wound care highly preferred
• Wound care certification (CWOCN, CWS, WCC, WOCN) is a plus
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel consistently to facilities located throughout Philadelphia, PA.
