Job summary

ReNew Wound Care is seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner to lead advanced wound care and patient assessments across multiple facilities in Pennsylvania. The role requires thorough wound evaluations, development of evidence-based treatment plans, and application of debridement, dressings, skin grafts, and infection control with leadership in care coordination.

Travel is a key component, visiting several facilities weekly, ensuring timely and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• ANCC or AANP Board Certification.
• 1+ years of experience in advanced wound care.
• CWOCN / CWS / WCC / WOCN certification is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to facilities across PA.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Wound Care & Patient Assessment.
• Conduct thorough assessments of chronic and acute wounds.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Apply advanced techniques such as debridement, dressing selection, skin grafts, and infection control.
• Collaborative Clinical Leadership.
• Partner with facility healthcare teams to coordinate care plans and treatment updates.
• Ensure continuity of care through consistent communication and collaboration.
• Multi-Facility Travel & Scheduling.
• Manage a travel schedule visiting multiple facilities weekly.
• Ensure timely and efficient care delivery with professionalism and compassion.
