Job summary

Team Rehab in Illinois is seeking an entry-level team member to support therapists and patients at our outpatient clinics. No prior experience is required, and on-the-job training is provided in a clinical setting.

You will welcome and prepare patients for therapy, assist therapists with non-clinical tasks, guide light exercises, educate on equipment use, and help keep spaces clean and safe while communicating clearly with patients and staff.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or education required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in physical therapy or healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions.
• Assist therapists with non-clinical tasks and patient support.
• Guide patients through light exercises and strengthening techniques.
• Educate patients on safe and correct use of equipment.
• Apply therapeutic modalities (heat/ice packs, electrical stimulation) as directed.
• Help patients walk safely between areas of the clinic.
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Communicate with patients, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth care.
• Observe and report any patient progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
