Team Rehab is seeking an entry-level clinic assistant to support therapists and patients in our outpatient locations across Michigan. On-the-job training is provided, with no prior experience required, making it ideal for someone starting a healthcare career.

You’ll help prepare patients, assist with non-clinical tasks, guide light exercises, and educate on equipment use, while contributing to a supportive, patient-centered culture.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in physical therapy or healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions.
• Assist therapists with non-clinical tasks and patient support.
• Guide patients through light exercises and strengthening techniques.
• Educate patients on safe and correct use of equipment.
• Apply therapeutic modalities (heat/ice packs, electrical stimulation) as directed.
• Help patients walk safely between areas of the clinic.
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Communicate with patients, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth care.
• Observe and report any patient progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
