Job summary

Team Rehab is a therapist-owned network of outpatient clinics in the Midwest. We are seeking an entry-level teammate to support therapists and patients in a clinical setting. No prior experience required, with on-the-job training and mentorship to help you grow in healthcare.

You’ll assist therapists, guide light exercises, educate patients on equipment, and help keep clinics clean and organized while contributing to a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in physical therapy or healthcare is a plus.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions.
• Assist therapists with non-clinical tasks and patient support.
• Guide patients through light exercises and strengthening techniques.
• Educate patients on safe and correct use of equipment.
• Apply therapeutic modalities (heat/ice packs, electrical stimulation) as directed.
• Help patients walk safely between areas of the clinic.
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Communicate with patients, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth care.
• Observe and report any patient progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
