Job summary

Team Rehab is a therapist-owned network of outpatient clinics seeking an entry-level team member to support therapy sessions. You will welcome patients, assist therapists, and guide gentle exercises while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

No prior experience or education is required, and strong communication and professional demeanor are essential. This role offers growth in a collaborative clinical setting with opportunities to learn and contribute to patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in physical therapy or healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions.
• Assist therapists with non-clinical tasks and patient support.
• Guide patients through light exercises and strengthening techniques.
• Educate patients on safe and correct use of equipment.
• Apply therapeutic modalities (heat/ice packs, electrical stimulation) as directed.
• Help patients walk safely between areas of the clinic.
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Communicate with patients, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth care.
• Observe and report any patient progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
