Job summary

Team Rehab is a therapist-owned network of outpatient clinics with locations across Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia. We are seeking a friendly PT aide to welcome patients, support therapists, and help with light exercises in a clinical setting.

No prior experience required; training is provided. You will assist with patient preparation, education on equipment use, and maintaining a clean, safe environment while contributing to-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in physical therapy or healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions.
• Assist therapists with non-clinical tasks and patient support.
• Guide patients through light exercises and strengthening techniques.
• Educate patients on safe and correct use of equipment.
• Apply therapeutic modalities (heat/ice packs, electrical stimulation) as directed.
• Help patients walk safely between areas of the clinic.
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Communicate with patients, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth care.
• Observe and report any patient progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
