Job summary

Two Trees Physical Therapy & Wellness, part of Therapy Partners Group, seeks a full-time Physical Therapy Technician at the Ventura site. The role supports therapists, prepares treatment areas, assists patients, and handles front-desk duties when needed.

The position offers a starting hourly rate of $16.90 with part-time weekly hours totaling 10–12. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree in related health field preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment room for patient per procedures.
• Assist patients with attire and comfort for therapy sessions.
• Maintain clean linens and laundry.
• Record daily notes under supervision with co-signature.
• Provide information to patients and answer questions.
• Assist with positioning patients and equipment during therapy.
• Educate patients on equipment use and exercises.
• Protect patient confidentiality and secure clinical information.
• Maintain safe, clean working environment and inventory of supplies.
• Assist with scheduling and triaging calls to ensure smooth patient flow.
