Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment room and follow prescribed procedures and protocols.
• Assist patients with clothing and orientation for physical therapy sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory of linens and supplies.
• Record daily notes under direct supervision and co-signature.
• Answer questions and provide information to patients.
• Help patients use equipment and perform prescribed exercises.
• Triages phone calls and schedules appointments for timely access to care.
• Assist in collecting co-pays and payments prior to visits per policy.
• Support front desk during uncovered hours and handle scheduling as needed.
