Job summary

Two Trees Physical Therapy & Wellness in Newbury Park, CA is hiring a full-time Physical Therapy Technician to support therapists and patients. Schedule is Monday–Friday for 30+ hours per week. Starting hourly is $16.90.

You will prepare the treatment room, assist with patient setup, manage intake, scheduling, and front desk tasks while maintaining confidentiality and delivering a five-star patient experience. Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and protect confidentiality.
• Strong communication, both oral and written.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment room and assist patients with therapy apparel.
• Assist with applying ice/heat and guiding exercises.
• Maintain supplies and equipment; order when needed.
• Answer questions and triage calls to ensure patient experience.
• Schedule appointments and collect co-pays.
• Maintain clean, confidential environment.
