Job summary

Peak Performance Physical Therapy - DeWitt Clinic is excited to hire a Physical Therapy Technician to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You’ll assist patients with therapeutic exercises under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists, help prepare treatment areas, and support front desk operations to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Athletic Training, Sports Medicine, or Personal Training is preferred but not required.
• Previous healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week), including opening and closing shifts Monday through Friday.
• CPR knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure equipment is clean, organized, and ready for patient care.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming clinic environment.
• Support front office operations, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate patient information as needed.
• Observe patient progress and communicate concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Help create an exceptional patient experience while supporting efficient clinic operations.
• Follow all company policies, HIPAA requirements, and safety standards.
