Job summary

Peak Performance Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Technician to join our Lansing-area outpatient team. You will assist patients with therapeutic exercises under a licensed Physical Therapist and help maintain a clean, organized clinic.

You will also support front office duties, ensure patient comfort, and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment that promotes growth and exceptional care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Background in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Athletic Training, Sports Medicine, or Personal Training is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week), including opening and closing shifts Monday through Friday.
• CPR knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure equipment is clean, organized, and ready for patient care.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming clinic environment.
• Support front office operations, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate patient information as needed.
• Observe patient progress and communicate concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Help create an exceptional patient experience while supporting efficient clinic operations.
• Follow all company policies, HIPAA requirements, and safety standards.
