Job summary

Peak Performance Physical Therapy in Michigan is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for an on-site outpatient clinic in DeWitt. The role features full-time hours with flexible PRN/part-time options and an immediate start.

You will conduct evaluations, plan individualized orthopedic rehab programs, and deliver evidence-based care to patients across ages. Join a supportive team of PTs, PTAs, techs, and staff; emphasis on patient-centered care, ongoing learning, and community health initiatives

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Physical Therapist License –New Grads Welcome!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for patient-centered care and commitment to continuous learning
• Interest or experience in outpatient orthopedics, post-surgical rehab, fall prevention, strength training

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy sessions focused on orthopedic rehab, post-surgical rehab, balance and fall prevention, and strength/conditioning.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients of all ages.
• Document treatment progress accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of PTs, PTAs, techs, and administrative staff.

What you’ll do
