Job summary

Peak Performance Physical Therapy in Lansing is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapy Technician to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic. You will assist licensed PTs with therapeutic exercises, prepare treatment areas, and support front‑office duties while upholding HIPAA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background in kinesiology, exercise science, athletic training, sports medicine, or personal training preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• CPR knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises under PT direction.
• Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean clinic environment.
• Support front‑office duties: greeting, scheduling, record‑keeping.
• Observe patient progress and report concerns to PT.
• Follow company policies, HIPAA, and safety standards.
• Work full‑time (40 hrs/week) including open/close shifts.
