Job summary

Full Strength Physical Therapy in Alexandria, VA is seeking a part-time patient care assistant to support physical therapists and enhance the patient experience. You will assist therapy sessions, monitor patient progress, and handle routine administrative duties, with occasional travel to other clinic locations as needed.

The role offers 4-hour shifts, daytime and evening options, Monday through Friday, with no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with exercise instruction preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and basic anatomy and physiology knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent patient service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer skills for managing patient records.
