Full Strength Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic/sports role in Springfield, VA. The position offers a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) or as low as 20 hours, with a focus on mentorship and professional growth in a team-based private practice.

Caseload includes general orthopedics and sports with dedicated one-on-one time and supervised exercise. New grads are welcome and supported through mentorship and specialty tracks.

Overview

Full Strength Physical Therapy is now hiring a Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedic / Sports position in Springfield, VA. Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available. Candidates with 20 hours of availability will also be considered.

Physical Therapists at Full Strength Physical Therapy use manual therapy and functional exercise to help patients achieve their goals. This privately owned practice has a strong team-based culture with an emphasis on mentorship and training to facilitate personal and professional growth.

New Grad PTs will be supported and mentored.

Caseload/Patient Population

Caseload is 70% general orthopedics and 30% sports, for patients of all ages, with 11 to 12 patients per day. Each visit includes a 30 minute one on one with your clinician, followed by 30 minutes of exercise supervised by clinic techs.

Work Schedule

Compensation:

Typical earnings are $90,000 to $105,000 per year for full-time, based on experience and productivity.

Job Requirements
