Luxe Rehab Physical Therapy in Leesburg, VA seeks an energetic Physical Therapy Technician (PT Aide) to support our clinical team. Under the supervision of licensed Doctors of Physical Therapy, you’ll prepare treatment areas, assist patients, and help create the welcoming, unhurried patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Interest in physical therapy or healthcare is preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and turn over treatment rooms between patients.
• Escort patients through the clinic and assist with transitions between activities.
• Assist therapists during sessions with setup and supervision as directed by the licensed therapist.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym floor, equipment, and supply areas.
• Assist the front office with patient flow during busy periods.

We are seeking an energetic, dependable Physical Therapy Technician (PT Aide) to support our clinical team at our outpatient physical therapy clinic in Leesburg, Virginia. Working under the direction and supervision of our licensed Doctors of Physical Therapy, the PT Technician keeps the clinic floor running smoothly — preparing treatment areas and equipment, guiding patients between activities, and helping create the welcoming, unhurried patient experience Luxe Rehab is built on. This is an excellent role for aspiring DPT / PTA students and anyone looking to launch a career in rehabilitation — you'll observe and support doctorate-level clinical care daily, inside a practice backed by Loudoun Medical Group.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and turn over treatment rooms, tables, and equipment between patients
• Escort patients through the clinic and assist with transitions between treatment activities
• Support therapists during sessions — set up modalities, gather equipment, and assist with exercise supervision as directed by the licensed therapist
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym floor, equipment, and supply areas
• Launder and stock linens; monitor and restock clinical supplies
• Assist the front office with patient flow during busy periods
• Other duties as assigned, always under the supervision of licensed clinical staff

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Interest in physical therapy, kinesiology, exercise science, or healthcare strongly preferred
• Prior experience as a PT tech/aide, exercise trainer, or in a clinical setting a plus — not required
• CPR / BLS certification (or willingness to obtain — we will help)
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable being on your feet and physically active through a shift
• Warm, professional communication with patients of all ages
