Full Strength Physical Therapy is a PT-owned, community-driven practice with locations across Alexandria, Arlington, and Springfield, VA, built around a core purpose: helping every patient perform at full strength, on the field, in the gym, and in everyday life. We're hiring for a Physical Therapist job in Springfield, VA, and we're looking for a clinician who wants exceptional patient care to go hand-in-hand with real professional growth. The practice was recognized as #1 on Yelp and Google in Alexandria and as a 2023 Alexandria Chamber of Commerce Best in Business finalist, and that same standard of care carries across all of our Northern Virginia locations, including the Springfield clinic, formerly known as Solutions Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine. Our Springfield clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 7 AM to 7 PM and Friday from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, giving patients consistent access to care throughout the week.
Whether you're an experienced clinician ready for the next step or a newer PT building confidence, there's a defined path here. Entry-level clinicians work closely with experienced PTs through structured mentorship and real-time coaching, while experienced clinicians get opportunities to mentor, lead, and help shape programs that help newer PTs develop. That two-way structure is part of why clinicians choose Full Strength and stay: your role doesn't have to stay static, and there's a real platform to expand your skills, lead initiatives, or grow a clinical niche as your interests evolve. Leadership opportunities extend into program development, clinical education, and clinic management, so the path forward isn't limited to seeing more patients each week.
You'll be treating a genuinely varied caseload of orthopedic and sports medicine cases, working with an active, motivated patient population that wants to stay strong and independent at every stage of life, not the same repetitive post-op routine all day. Full Strength describes collaboration as the standard, not the exception: therapists share ideas, troubleshoot tough cases together, and support one another's growth rather than working in silos. You'll be part of a tight-knit, energetic team that takes pride in doing the work well, backed by the tools and support to focus on patient care rather than working around gaps in your clinic's resources. Compensation here goes beyond salary, too, with structured continuing education, a Build Your Own Education program for customized learning paths, and the option to grow cash-based health and performance services if that's a direction you want to take your practice.
Compensation:If mentoring newer clinicians, or being mentored yourself, alongside a team that genuinely collaborates sounds like the right environment for your career, we'd love to talk. You'll be treating a patient population that's active and motivated, backed by a practice that keeps investing in your growth long after you're settled in.
