Job summary

TruePT Physical Therapy & Wellness in West Erie is seeking a Physical Therapy Technician/Aide on a part-time (25 hours) or full-time basis to join a growing team. You will support therapists, prepare treatment areas, guide patients through exercises, and help maintain a clean, efficient clinic.

Candidates should have a high school diploma; healthcare experience preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential; we offer health insurance, PTO, 401(k), and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Healthcare, rehabilitation, or fitness setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in delivering high-quality patient care.
• Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment.
• Guide and assist patients through prescribed exercises under supervision.
• Monitor and report patient responses to treatment.
• Support patient flow by escorting patients to and from treatment areas.
• Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, filing, and maintaining supplies.
• Help ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment.
