Job summary

TruePT in Harborcreek is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our patient‑focused team. You’ll work directly with licensed therapists to support individualized treatment plans and help patients move better, feel better, and live better.

This full‑time role offers a collaborative clinic culture, competitive benefits, and opportunities for continuing education. Schedule is Monday–Thursday 8–5 and Friday 8–3:40.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current Pennsylvania PTA license (or eligible to obtain).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to patient care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Physical Therapists to carry out individualized treatment plans.
• Lead patients through therapeutic exercises, stretching, and balance programs.
• Document progress accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical space.
• Support the team in delivering an outstanding patient experience.
