Job summary

TruePT Physical Therapy & Wellness in West Erie is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a growing, patient‑centered team. You will collaborate with Physical Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans and help patients move better, feel better, and live better.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate’s Degree from an accredited PTA program, current PA PTA license (or eligible), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current Pennsylvania PTA license or eligibility to obtain.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to patient care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Physical Therapists to carry out individualized treatment plans
• Lead patients through therapeutic exercises, stretching, and balance programs
• Document progress accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical space
• Support the team in delivering an outstanding patient experience
