Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will help implement individualized plans of care and support patient progress.

Responsibilities include documenting patient responses, communicating with therapists and staff, and assisting with all phases of treatment using standard PT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
