Job summary

Lincoln Park Care Center is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our sub-acute rehab team. This role offers a sign-on bonus and a collaborative, team‑oriented environment focused on resident comfort and growth for our staff as well.

A valid New Jersey Physical Therapy license and at least one year of sub-acute/long-term care experience are required. Bachelor degree in Physical Therapy and weekend availability are also essential.

Qualifications

• New Jersey Physical Therapy license required.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Availability on weekends required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in sub-acute or long-term care setting.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and commercial insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services per Care Plans for residents.
• Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize rehab.
• Assist with billing related to patient services as required.

Physical Therapist PT Shift: Day shift

Physical Therapist PT Full TIME

The appropriate candidates will join our active Sub-acute care program and Rehabilitation Services which are "In-House" and provided by our interdisciplinary team of staff therapists. Primary responsibility is to ensure residents receive a level of treatment consistent with Care Plans, monitoring RUGS levels and preparing billing.

Requirements for Physical Therapists PT

• A valid New Jersey Physical Therapy PT license and a minimum of one year of experience in a sub-acute and long-term care setting is required for all licensed therapist. Must have a thorough knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and commercial insurance.
• Bachelor degree in Physical Therapy Program
• Availability on weekends a must!
