Job summary

Lincoln Park Care Center is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join its dedicated rehabilitation team. The role requires a NJ PT license and a minimum of one year in sub-acute/long-term care, with knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and commercial insurance.

Weekend availability is required, and a full-time schedule is expected. The PT will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure residents receive care aligned with care plans, monitor RUGS levels, and assist with

• A valid New Jersey Physical Therapy license is required and at least 1 year of sub-acute/long-term care experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and commercial insurance is required.
• Bachelor degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Availability on weekends is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-focused physical therapy per care plans and facility protocols.
• Monitor RUGS levels and adjust treatments as needed.
• Prepare billing information associated with therapy services.

Physical Therapist PT Shift: Day shift

Physical Therapist PT Full TIME

The appropriate candidates will join our active Sub-acute care program and Rehabilitation Services which are "In-House" and provided by our interdisciplinary team of staff therapists. Primary responsibility is to ensure residents receive a level of treatment consistent with Care Plans, monitoring RUGS levels and preparing billing.

Requirements for Physical Therapists PT

• A valid New Jersey Physical Therapy PT license and a minimum of one year of experience in a sub-acute and long-term care setting is required for all licensed therapist. Must have a thorough knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and commercial insurance.
