Job summary

Lincoln Park Care Center is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. We offer a supportive, team-oriented environment and provide the tools needed to help you succeed and grow, including a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include delivering therapy per care plans, monitoring RUGS levels, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary staff to provide in-house rehabilitation services. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• A valid New Jersey Physical Therapy PT license.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a sub-acute and long-term care setting.
• Availability on weekends is required.

• Assist with billing information as part of Rehab Services.

Physical Therapist PT Shift: Day shift

Physical Therapist PT Full TIME

The appropriate candidates will join our active Sub-acute care program and Rehabilitation Services which are "In-House" and provided by our interdisciplinary team of staff therapists. Primary responsibility is to ensure residents receive a level of treatment consistent with Care Plans, monitoring RUGS levels and preparing billing.

Requirements for Physical Therapists PT

• A valid New Jersey Physical Therapy PT license and a minimum of one year of experience in a sub-acute and long-term care setting is required for all licensed therapist. Must have a thorough knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and commercial insurance.
• Bachelor degree in Physical Therapy Program
• Availability on weekends a must!
