Qualifications

• Front desk/administrative experience in fitness or medical settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology, Biology, Kinesiology, or Psychology is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals.
• HIPAA compliance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with exercise and modalities in clinic.
• Assist Physical Therapist in writing home exercise programs.
• Schedule patients, answer calls, verify benefits, obtain authorizations.
• Input daily billing and follow up on claims as assigned.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and equipment.
• Communicate with referring physicians for records requests.
