The Orthopaedic Center in Alabama is seeking a motivated Physical Therapy Clinic Coordinator to oversee therapy services, coordinate patient care, and manage staff at multiple locations. This full-time role is 40 hours per week and requires strong organizational and communication skills.

The position demands a current Physical Therapy License in Alabama, CPR certification, HS/GED plus the degree from an accredited PT/OT program, and the ability to collaborate with HR and the Director of Therapy

Responsabilités

• Examine, plan and administer physical therapy treatments to patients referred by appropriate professionals.
• Fulfill management responsibilities under the supervision of the Director of Therapy.

• Address employee and patient matters on site, in collaboration with HR and the Director of Therapy.
• Communicate effectively with patients, TOC physicians and staff.

The Orthopaedic Center is looking for a highly motivated Physical Therapy Clinic Coordinator. This opening is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week. The Clinic Coordinator will examine, plan and administer physical therapy treatments to patients referred by appropriate professionals as well as fulfill management responsibilities under the supervision of the Director of Therapy. Will also aide positions in certain locations. Will be resposnible for addressing any employee or patient matters on site as they arise, and work closely with HR and the Director of Therapy in cases where more action is required. The Clinic Coordinator must be able to communicate effectively with patients, TOC physicians and staff.

Qualifications

Education required: HS/GED. Must have a degree from an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy Program

License

Must have a current Physical Therapy License in the state of Alabama. Must be CPR Certified
