Confluent Health LLC is seeking a PT Technician to greet patients, guide them through therapist-directed exercises, and assist with modalities like heat, ice, e-stim, Game Ready and Normatec. You will help maintain a clean, organized clinic and support front desk staff as needed in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with patients of all ages.
• Ability to follow direction from licensed therapists.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinic.
• Collaborative work with therapists and front desk.
• Initiative to identify clinic, patient and team needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort to treatment areas.
• Guide patients through therapist-directed exercise programs.
• Set up and take down modalities (heat, ice, e-stim, Game Ready, Normatec).
• Clean and sanitize treatment tables, equipment and rooms between patients.
• Keep clinic stocked and organized (laundry, supplies).
• Anticipate therapists and patients needs and assist as needed.
• Support front desk and clinic team during downtime.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA standards in all interactions.
