Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program is required.
• Current PTA licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Healthcare Provider card or completion of a course within probation is required.
• Ability to apply therapeutic modalities and support patient care across diverse diagnoses.
