Qualifications

• Must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• License or eligibility for licensure with the New Mexico Regulatory Board as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Physical Therapist in screenings, assessments and evaluations.
• Implement PT treatment plans as directed by supervising PT.
• Maintain safe, orderly operation and keep equipment in good working condition.
• Complete all patient documentation in a timely manner.
• Attend meetings (IFSP, IEP, Team Conferences) as needed to discuss patient care.
• Contribute to quality improvement projects and staff training.
