Your Role in Action

This is a dynamic, relationship-driven role where you will spend your day working closely with adult participants in both individual and small group settings. You will play a key role in helping clients maintain mobility, prevent decline, and stay as independent as possible.

In This Role, You Will

• Provide physical therapy interventions as outlined in the Physical Therapist's plan of care.
• Document treatment sessions, progress, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists regarding patient progress and treatment recommendations.
• Assist children in developing gross motor skills, balance, coordination, mobility, strength, and endurance.
• Educate families, caregivers, and school personnel on strategies to support student success.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to coordinated care planning.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, school district, and company regulations.
• Support students in accessing their educational environment and participating in school activities.
