Advanced Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team in Little Rock, AR. You will provide skilled PTA services under a licensed PT, implementing individualized plans to restore mobility and independence.

You will document progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes in a private outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Arkansas PTA license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Treat a variety of orthopedic and post-operative conditions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Accurately document patient progress and communicate effectively with the clinical team.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and support staff to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.

At Advanced Physical Therapy, you'll treat a diverse orthopedic outpatient population, including patients recovering from orthopedic surgery, sports-related injuries, balance and vestibular conditions, dizziness and vertigo, musculoskeletal injuries, and other mobility impairing conditions.
